Sonder is the idea and profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including the strangers we see on a daily basis, have lives just as complex as our own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it. Growing up in San Francisco, the second most densely populated city in America, I was constantly surrounded by people, this experience teaching me how abundant human life truly is.Through this video, I invoke this sense of sonder through my own and others' pov. Sped up and merged together, these multiple videos allow us to see the coming and going of people on a day to day basis. We all are on our own journey and disregard each other as we walk by, but we must keep in mind that each and every single one of us has memories, emotions, goals, hopes, and dreams. Although they might be different we all share in the human experience of life.
