This piece explores a hypothetical future where the ability to
upload your mind into a mechanical frame is not only possible but a
common practice among the general public. With this new body,
one is liberated from the biological constants that limit their
previous human form and can take the appearance of whatever their
heart desires. Want to have more arms, more legs, bigger, smaller, a
different color? You can have any of those as easy as changing your
clothes. Don’t like your gender? You can change it out to become a
man, woman, both, neither, or something else entirely. You’re not
limited to being human either, you can also take a form that is far
more animal or alien or perhaps you want to ditch being organic and
become all machine and no man. In this piece, we witness a couple
of such mechanical frames on display showcasing their designs in
detail.
