Echoes of Fear

Artist Statement

In a clouded existential dread I sit in the darkness of humanity, until I hear a calling to a land beyond our own, a land of fantasy. My artistic practice bridges this abyss between the real world and my inner fantastical one. I use the realms of interactive technology to spin tales of these fantastical lands to remember that there is still hope. The struggles I face in existence fall down the chasm with me as only in these enchanted tales do I rise valiantly.
Portal into Echoes of Fear, a choose your own adventure story exploring my battles with fear. Follow the spirit of fear down the rabbit hole, confronting obstacles such as judgment, failure, change and more. My desire is that as I have, many will immerse themselves within the story and confront their own reality. As I do, they will assume victory as their own hero dispels the darkness before the epilogue.
